§ 04 — What We Build
06 programs

One mission,
six programs.

CAPSuLe ships documentaries, courses, essays, and a podcast that compound into durable infrastructure for the people raising kids. Every program shares one shape: take the best science, dose it, and deliver it where it can do real work.

Fieldwork

A guided curriculum for your classroom, teaching resilience.

Fieldwork delivers the SEED Framework (Salience Embedded Experiential Development) directly into the classroom — weekly guided exercises that embed mental wellness skills into the hobby each student already finds meaningful. Just 40 minutes total per week, cleanly segmented so classrooms can spread it across the week however works best.

Every enrolled teacher gets access to the SEED Planting Community — an interactive space to connect with other teachers and with the program's developers, Nate and Keton Roy. A mobile app is coming soon.

🏫
Teachers

Weekly guided exercises, cleanly segmented for the classroom.

🌱
Design Partners

Educators who co-build the curriculum from the inside via feedback — free access plus a permanent, formal listing as a founding partner.

📚
Students

Resilience skills embedded into the hobby they already love.

An emerging framework

SEED is peer-reviewed research in progress. Read the publication on SSRN. We're recruiting design partners now for Fall 2026 — spots are limited. Contact Nate at nate@thecapsl.org for partnering or funding inquiries.

Debuting at TEDxRiverfield
SEED debuts publicly at TEDxRiverfield — September 18, 2026, Riverfield Country Day School, Tulsa, OK.

CAPSuLe is presenting the SEED Framework on the TEDx stage — a milestone for the research and for Fieldwork's classroom rollout.

Prescribed Dose

Prescribed
Dose

Research, written like advice from a friend.

Read the Blog →

Prescribed Dose is our weekly research blog — short, structured pieces that translate one principle from the literature into three things a parent, teacher, or coach can do today, with the science behind why it works.

Each post is written to be read in under five minutes and acted on the same day. We strip the jargon, keep the rigor, and write to the person who needs it — not the person who already knows it.

WordRx

WordRx

The hidden prescription behind healing.

Filming · December 2026
Location · Belleair, FL
Distribution · Amazon Prime Video

Our flagship feature documentary. Following four "word pharmacists" — a teacher, a parent, a clinician, a coach — making the case that language itself is a therapeutic tool. This is not a film about reading. It is a film about what the right words, at the right time, in the right hands, can actually do.

RAP

Resilience Advocate Program

Developing elite athletes and flourishing lives through empirically-guided neurophysiological preparation.

RAP is a bridge program between CAPSuLe and Cortex Flex Inc., teaching the training methodologies that realign motor and psychological defaults in favor of physical and mental resilience — daily routine checklists, daily psychomotor training, and weekly guided workshops, built on the Bimodal Agency Model of Resilience (BAM-R): Equanimity + Intentional Reactivity = Resilience Stimulus, and Resilience Stimulus + Aspiration Realism Modeling = Resilience Adaptation.

💪
Train

Complete 2 mind-body workouts a week — one equanimity, one intentional reactivity.

📡
Attend

Live neuropsychological performance workshops on Zoom, Sundays 6:15–7:00pm ET.

🏆
Certify

8 workshops + 16 workouts earns the CARA certification.

Why join

Through CAPSuLe, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, your time in RAP counts as certified community service — a strong talking point for med school, grad school, and residency applications. As a RAP member you also learn the methodology to become a Cortex Performance Specialist, should you want to take it further. RAP is led by Nate Roy — Team USA Bobsled brakeman, medical student at Weill Cornell, and CEO of Cortex Flex Inc.
